40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 40-70 years with high-risk polyps (polyps with a diameter of >=1cm measured under colonoscopy, and/or the presence of more than 3 adenomas, and/or polyps with a pathological diagnosis of villous tubular adenoma or villous adenoma).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within 1 month before enrollment, oral antibiotics and probiotics were taken; 2. Presence of inflammatory bowel disease, malignant tumor and hereditary polyposis syndromes, severe infectious diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic and renal insufficiency or other severe physical diseases; 3. Inability to provide informed consent or refusal to participate in the study.
