Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with chronic ocular GVHD secondary to mild or moderate dry eye disease; 2.Adults aged between 18 and 70; 3.Those who have previously received conventional treatment for dry eye with unsatisfactory results (such as poor response to standard artificial tears like sodium hyaluronate eye drops). 4.Patients who have signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone other eye surgeries or treatments recently (within the past 3 months). 2.Patients with severe comorbid systemic diseases (such as diabetes or immunosuppressive disorders); 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.Patients allergic to any of the investigational drug ingredients;
