Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pathologically confirmed solid malignant tumors (e.g., lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, etc.); 2.Patients classified as stage IV according to the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) 8th edition TNM staging. 3.Initially received monotherapy or combination therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors within the enrollment period; 4.Age >=18 years, ECOG score =3 months; 5.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of oral diseases (such as mouth ulcers or fungal infections) or a history of tongue surgery; 2.Unable to cooperate with tongue image collection (e.g., difficulty opening the mouth); 3.There are other significant organic lesions in vital organs, such as damage to the heart, lungs, or kidneys.
