Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 diabetes retinopathy patients receiving treatment in our hospital; 2.Each patient is accompanied by one primary caregiver, who can correctly understand the problem and provide specific answers, and has basic language and written communication skills; 3.Patients who voluntarily participate in this study with permission from their medical condition;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other important organ dysfunction or other serious complications; 2.Unable to communicate with patients normally; 3.Patients who are unable to continue participating in the experiment; 4.Patients with limited cognitive function and expression;
