Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled to undergo surgical treatment for mixed hemorrhoids under sacral canal anesthesia in our hospital from January to September 2026; 2. Aged 18 to 65; 3.ASA classification 1-2 grades; 4. Body mass index < 30kg/m ²; 5. Obtain informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bleeding disorders; 2. Infection at the sacral canal puncture site; 3. Central nervous system diseases; 4. Severe liver and kidney diseases; 5. History of diabetes; 6. History of oral contraceptives or anticoagulant drugs such as aspirin within two weeks; 7. History of allergy to anesthetics; 8. Previous history of spinal canal or perianal surgery; 9. Communication barriers and inability to sign informed consent forms; 10. History of chronic pain or long-term oral painkillers.
