Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient Inclusion Criteria (1) Age >= 18 years old (2) Must be definitively diagnosed with hemophilic arthritis, with a diagnosis duration of 10 years or more (3) No visual impairment, and able to independently understand and complete questionnaires (4) Able to understand the research protocol and willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent Primary Caregiver Inclusion Criteria (1) Age >= 18 years old (2) Must have provided the longest cumulative caregiving time for the patient with hemophilic arthritis over the past 6 months, and be a non-financially compensated caregiver (3) No visual impairment, and able to independently understand and complete questionnaires (4) Able to understand the research protocol and willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient Exclusion Criteria (1) Experienced major adverse events or significant life stressors (e.g., death of a family member, divorce, job loss, or business failure) within the past 3 months (2) Comorbidities such as cancer, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, dialysis, or other conditions that affect quality of life and psychological state Primary Caregiver Exclusion Criteria (1) Experienced major adverse events or significant life stressors (e.g., death of a family member, divorce, job loss, or business failure) within the past 3 months (2) Comorbidities such as cancer, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, dialysis, or other conditions that affect quality of life and psychological state (3) Also diagnosed with hemophilia
