Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children with cancer: Age ranging from 8 to 18 years old; Patients diagnosed with cancer by clinical pathology (including leukemia, lymphoma, central nervous system tumors and other common solid tumors); Has entered the rehabilitation/maintenance treatment stage or has completed treatment for >=6 months; No cognitive impairment, and normal comprehension and communication skills. Sign the informed consent form before the start of the study and voluntarily participate in this research. Inclusion criteria for parents of children with cancer: Primary caregivers who meet the inclusion criteria of CCS in this study; Age >=20 years old; Be able to understand and answer questions, and have certain abilities in text reading and expression. Sign the informed consent form before the start of the study and voluntarily participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children with cancer: Severe treatment-related sequelae (such as severe organ dysfunction, neurological damage, etc.) that may interfere with symptom assessment; Poor cooperation, unable to independently complete interviews or fill out questionnaires; At the same time, participate in other intervention clinical trials that may affect the results of this study. During the research period, major surgeries or a new round of chemotherapy/radiotherapy are planned, which may affect the stable observation of the development trajectory of the symptom cluster. Exclusion criteria for parents of children with cancer: Having experienced major negative life events (such as widower or divorce) within the past six months, which may interfere with the assessment of psychological state; Combined with severe cognitive dysfunction; Combined with other special diseases such as severe aphasia and mental illness, it is impossible to complete the scale independently.
