Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent ICL surgery at our hospital; 2.Complete preoperative baseline data (key indicators such as visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cell density); 3.Postoperative follow-up of >=1 year with complete records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe ocular comorbidities prior to surgery; 2.Postoperative severe complications not managed according to standard protocols; 3.Incomplete clinical or follow-up data, with key indicators missing.
