Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dry eye patient group Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye in "Chinese Expert Consensus on dry eye: Examination and Diagnosis (2020)" (see Appendix 1). 2. Tears are present and can be removed 3. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed written informed consent. Non-dry eye group Inclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye in "Chinese Expert Consensus on dry eye: Examination and diagnosis (2020)" (see Appendix 1). 2. Tears are present and can be removed 3. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dry eye patient group Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye in "Chinese Expert Consensus on dry eye: Examination and Diagnosis (2020)" (see Appendix 1); 2. Patients with ocular inflammation; 3. History of ocular trauma or surgery in the past three months; 4. Patients who were deemed by the investigator to be ineligible for the study. Non-dry eye group Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye in "Chinese Expert Consensus on dry eye: Examination and Diagnosis (2020)" (see Appendix 1); 2. Patients with ocular inflammation; 3.
