Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible participants were pregnant women aged 18 years or older. 2. Classified as ASA physical status I or II. 3. With a singleton gestation at or beyond 37 weeks. 4. Were scheduled for an elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia; 5. Provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are indications for emergency cesarean section. 2. It is known that there are severe cardiac structural or functional abnormalities (such as severe valvular disease, EF < 50%), and severe arrhythmias. 3. Severe chest deformities, skin diseases or obesity are expected to affect the image quality of TTE. 4. It is contraindicated for the study to use vasoactive drugs (such as phenylephrine. 5. There are mental or cognitive impairments that prevent them from cooperating with the research.
