Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 2. More than 6 months post-liver transplantation; 3. Sign an informed consent form, voluntarily agree to undergo and cooperate with the examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ocular diseases: history of ocular trauma, glaucoma, optic atrophy, high myopia or hyperopia, retinal pathology; 2. History of ocular surgery: Vitrectomy, retinal laser photocoagulation, or anti-VEGF therapy 3. Poor macular OCTA imaging quality due to refractive medium opacity caused by corneal haze, advanced cataracts, or vitreous hemorrhage 4. History of cerebrovascular or neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease) 5. Significant artifacts in manually interpreted raw images 6. Poor patient cooperation during examination 7. Patients with liver transplant failure 8. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma 9. Patients who have undergone multiple liver transplants or multi-organ transplants
