Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preliminary clinical diagnosis is T2DM, with a course of less than 5 years 2.Between the ages of 18 and 65 3.No cardiovascular disease (such as coronary heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, valve disease) 4. There are no clear clinical symptoms related to myocardial ischemia, and there are no abnormalities in the electrocardiogram 5.Patients who meet the requirements of aerobic or resistance training according to the exercise intervention group 6.Know the experimental process and voluntarily participate in the experiment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cardiac surgery 2.Hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure = 130mmHg or diastolic blood pressure = 80mmHg) 3.Contraindications for CMR examination
