Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to be performed spinal puncture; 2. Age >=65 years old; 3. Acquire informed consent of patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to lumbar puncture, such as coagulation abnormalities, infection at the puncture site, allergy to the local anesthetic used, or unexplained neurological symptoms 2. Significant spinal deformity, trauma, and previous spinal surgery 3. Patient with cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate 4. Inability to obtain informed consent.
