Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First-year resident trainee in the Anesthesiology Department; 2.No experience in performing interscalene brachial plexus block under ultrasound guidance; 3.Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has eye or head disorders and is unable to wear the Hololens 2 glasses. 2.Had previously suffered from severe motion sickness and other related disorders; 3.Refusal to participate or having already participated in other clinical studies;
