Experimental Group:Patients who underwent VATS lobectomy with a single 28F thoracic drainage tube inserted into the anterior chest wall
Control group:Patients who underwent VATS lobectomy on the chest wall after the placement of a single 28F thoracic drainage tube

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >=18 years old; 2) Undergo elective VATS lobectomy; 3) Single-tube thoracic drainage is adopted; 4) PS 0-1 point; 5) No previous history of thoracic surgery; 6) No serious underlying diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys or other organs; 7) The subject or their legal representative signs a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Abnormal coagulation function (e.g., INR >1.5 or platelet count <100 × 10^9/L); 2) Conversion to open thoracotomy during surgery; 3) History of tuberculosis or other diseases predisposing to excessive pleural effusion; 4) Other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
