Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.PD with FOG Group (PD-FOG Group) (1) Meets the UK Brain Bank clinical diagnostic criteria for primary Parkinson's disease; (2)Scores >=1 on the "Freezing of Gait" item in the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale, Part III (UPDRS-III), or clinically diagnosed with FOG symptoms; (3)Hoehn and Yarsen classification stages 1–4; (4) Age 45–75 years; (5) Normal cognition, able to understand the study process and cooperate with EEG recording; (6) Able to walk independently without assistance (including assistive devices). 2. PD without FOG Group (PD-nFOG Group) (1) Meets the UK Brain Bank clinical diagnostic criteria for primary Parkinson's disease; (2)Freezing of gait item score = 0 on UPDRS-III, with no FOG symptoms assessed by clinician; (3) Hoehn and Yarsden (H&Y) stage 1–4; (4) Age 45–75 years; (5)Normal cognition, able to understand study procedures and cooperate with EEG recording; (6)Able to walk independently without assistance (including assistive devices). 3.Healthy control group (HC group) (1)Age 45–75 years, matching the age distribution of the PD group; (2) No family history of Parkinson's disease; (3) Normal physical examination and cognitive assessment; (4) Able to understand the study process and cooperate with EEG recording; (5)Able to walk independently without assistance (including assistive devices).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unclear diagnosis or suspected Parkinson's syndrome; 2. Individuals with cognitive, motor, or speech impairments caused by other neurological disorders; 3. Skin integrity compromised at scalp electrode placement sites; 4. Allergy to electrode gel, conductive sponge, or adhesive; 5. History of epilepsy or EEG showing epileptiform changes; 6. Severe comorbid conditions such as cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 7.Presence of metallic or electronic implants in the brain, neck, or heart
