18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old, and meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke as defined by the Chinese Stroke Prevention and Control Guideline (2021 Edition). 2. Clinical Presentation: Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score <= 8, presenting with swallowing dysfunction or impaired consciousness, and requiring enteral nutrition support. 3. Absence of severe complications (e.g., severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, advanced malignant tumors). 4. No history of nasal or nasopharyngeal surgery, or severe nasal diseases. 5. No history of severe allergies or hypersensitivity to the investigational drugs/equipment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (such as cardiac function class III or above, severe respiratory failure); 2. Severe nasal or nasopharyngeal diseases (e.g., nasopharyngeal carcinoma, sinusitis with severe inflammation); 3. Severe mental disorders or inability to cooperate with the study; 4. Severe complications (e.g., severe infection, multiple organ failure); 5. Other serious diseases (e.g., malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency).
