Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 65 years; 2. Able to communicate in Mandarin, have a certain level of comprehension, and can complete the questionnaire independently: Elderly Voice Group: The voice recordings are perceptually age-rated by 3 experienced ENT doctors, and at least 2 doctors consider the perceived vocal age to be greater than or equal to the actual age. Recruit 22 participants; Control Group: The voice recordings are evaluated by 3 experienced ENT doctors, and fewer than 2 doctors consider the perceived vocal age to be greater than or equal to the actual age. Recruit 22 participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Organic and inflammatory lesions of the vocal cords; 2.History of throat tumor and neck surgery with radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3.Medical history of neurological system disorders; 4.History of throat surgery.
