Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects must be 18 years of age or older. 2. Patients diagnosed with intermediate- or high-risk NMIBC through histopathological examination. 3. Participants must agree to undergo cystoscopic follow-up examinations for 2 years post-enrollment to facilitate long-term data collection and recurrence monitoring. 4. Participants must provide a 40mL random urine sample at each follow-up visit for DNA methylation biomarker testing and data analysis. 5. Patients must be able to provide written informed consent, demonstrating their understanding of the study and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other urinary tract procedures: Patients who underwent urogenital procedures (e.g., flexible or rigid cystoscopy, catheterization, urethral dilation) within 14 days prior to urine collection will be excluded. 2. Confirmed recurrence or metastasis: Patients with confirmed recurrence or metastasis of UC are ineligible for this study. 3. Concurrent malignancies: Patients with concurrent active malignancies or a history of other malignancies within the past 5 years will be excluded. 4. Patients currently enrolled in other clinical research programs will be excluded.
