Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient was diagnosed with STEMI for the first time before the procedure, with the onset time less than 12 hours and received emergency PCI intervention; typical chest pain symptoms persisted for >= 30 minutes, with ST segment elevation in at least 2 or more adjacent leads, limb leads >= 0.1 mv, chest leads >= 0.2 mv, and myocardial necrosis markers more than twice the normal level; (2) The patient's physical condition was suitable for PCI surgery; (3) The patient gave informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of myocardial infarction or coronary artery bypass graft surgery; (2) Moderate/severe heart valve disease; (3) Ventricular arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation or paced heart rhythm; (4) Presence of non-cardiac diseases that would result in an expected lifespan of less than one year.
