Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the human donation standards of the National Developmental and Functional Human Brain Tissue Resource Bank and alliance units; 2. The time from death to sample collection is within 24 hours; 3. Age over 18 years old, gender not limited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The sample tissue is at risk of damage or RNA/protein degradation. 2.Does not meet the quality control requirements for multi-omics sequencing;
