Oral-Duodenal Transit Time of Capsule Endoscopy

Interventions
Group A:After taking the capsule endoscope, instruct the patient to drink 500-600 ml of water within 2 hours.
Group B:After taking the capsule endoscope, patients should refrain from drinking any liquids for 2 hours. After 2 hours, patients may resume normal drinking.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients voluntarily participate in this study, with both the patient and their family members providing informed consent and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction; 2. Dysphagia or achalasia; 3. History of gastroparesis or chronic pseudo-obstruction; 4. Significant symptoms of indigestion; 5. Severe inflammatory bowel disease or severe diarrhea; 6. History of intestinal perforation; 7. Previous gastrectomy and/or small bowel resection; 8. Presence of ileostomy; 9. Use of anesthetics, prokinetic agents, or tricyclic antidepressants within the past 5 days; 10. Pregnant or lactating women.
