Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form 2. Age >= 18 3. Gender: No restriction 4. Patients who were admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University from 2017 to 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who fall due to stroke or epilepsy; 2.The baseline data and research outcome variables are incomplete. 3.Patients who are deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by the researchers.
