Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of sepsis meets the Sepsis-3.0 criteria. 2.The diagnosis of lung injury meets the 2012 Berlin criteria or an oxygenation index = 300 mmHg; 3.The clinician determines that a diagnostic or therapeutic bronchoalveolar lavage is necessary; 4.Ages 18-80;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known to have primary or metastatic malignant tumors of the lung; 2.Chronic end-stage lung diseases (such as severe pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, COPD GOLD stage 4 requiring oxygen therapy, etc.); 3.Combined immunodeficiency system diseases: HIV, SLE, etc. 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5.Patients or their family members who refuse to sign the informed consent form, etc.
