18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pain for more than 3 months. 2. Adult age from 18 to 70 years old. 3. Able to stand and walk without using walking aids. 4. Speak Cantonese. 5. Willing to arrange self-transportation to the hospital and the District Health Centre.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of consent 2. Untreated psychiatric conditions 3. Suicidal risk 4. Illiterate 5. Joined labyrinth walking program before. 6. Joined Tai-Chi program before.
