20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20–80 years, no gender restrictions, with a confirmed diagnosis of primary hemifacial spasm, and exclusion of secondary lesions via cranial CT or MRI 2.Normal cognitive function (MMSE score > 23), capable of independent communication, and able to comprehend the informed consent document 3.Undergoing MVD surgery 4.No contraindications to general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other severe neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson's disease) 2.Organic brain lesions (e.g., brain tumors, vascular malformations, or other severe organic lesions) 3.Severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) 4.Pregnant or lactating women Patients unable to comprehend or refusing to sign the informed consent form, or unwilling to comply with the study protocol 5.Individuals deemed unsuitable for the clinical trial by the investigator
