18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with transsphincteric anal fistula based on preoperative MRI and/or endoanal ultrasound examination; (2) Age between 18 and 65 years old; (3) Underwent FEASR surgery or anal fistula excision during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with specific anal fistulas caused by Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.; (2) Patients with anal fistulas caused by trauma; (3) Patients with severe anorectal diseases such as gastrointestinal tumors; (4) Patients with diabetes, tuberculosis, or other conditions that may affect wound healing; (5) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, or coagulation disorders; (6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or patients with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate.
