Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.To meet the diagnosis of congenital atlantoaxial dislocation: Congenital atlantoaxial subluxation (CAAD) refers to a distance between the anterior and posterior teeth that exceeds 3mm (in adults) or 5mm (in children). 2.Symptoms of neural and spinal cord compression present or absent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude other congenital malformations or genetic diseases such as skull base depression, Chiari malformation, congenital spinal epiphyseal dysplasia (SEDC), Morquio's syndrome, and Trisomy 21 syndrome.
