18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.At least one acute ankle sprain within the past 3 months to 1 year; 2. Multiple episodes of the feeling of ankle instability; 3.At least two episodes of ankle instability or fear of sprain during exercise in the past 6 months; 4.Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score <=24; 5.Negative talus tilt and anterior drawer tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of lower limb surgery, fractures, or musculoskeletal injuries caused by other diseases; 2.Participation in systematic exercise training outside of this study; 3.Any diagnosed clinical diseases that may affect this study, such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, type 2 diabetes, or heart disease.
