Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: a. Meet the treatment conditions stipulated in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hepatitis C" (2022 Edition); b. Age >=18 years old; c. Agree to collect clinical data, report adverse events, and conduct follow-up as required;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a. Receive immunosuppressant therapy within 3 months before the start of treatment; b. Patients with end-stage diseases whose life expectancy is less than 12 months; C. Patients whose doctors consider them unsuitable for treatment with the colopivir hydrochloride or sofosbuvir regimens;
