Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 35, with no gender restriction; 2.According to the Chinese standard, overweight is defined as a Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 24.0 to less than 28.0, and obesity is defined as a BMI of 28.0 or higher. This is complemented by body fat percentage thresholds: greater than 25% for males and greater than 35% for females; 3.The participant had no regular exercise history? in the past three months. They were screened using the International Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)? and showed no contraindications? to exercise. Additionally, the participant was proficient in using a smartphone and the study-specific APP for training and check-ins; 4.The participant has maintained relative weight stability (with fluctuations of < 5%) over the past three months and has not actively initiated any systematic dieting or pharmacological weight-loss regimen; 5.The participants voluntarily agreed to take part in the research, provided written informed consent, committed to maintaining their habitual lifestyle (diet and sleep patterns) throughout the study period, and agreed to use contraceptive measures;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension (>=140/90 mmHg), hypercholesterolemia (TC >= 200 mg/dL), or those on corresponding medication therapy; 2.A significant history of major cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or musculoskeletal diseases, or having a physician's explicit contraindication to strenuous exercise; 3.Presence of a recent surgical history or a physical injury with limited mobility; 4.Pregnancy, planned pregnancy, or lactation period; 5.Have used weight-loss medications or other drugs that significantly affect body weight, metabolism, or heart rate within the past three months; or plan to initiate the use of such medications during the study period; 6.Participation in any other interventional clinical trial within the past 3 months, or current involvement in any exercise or pharmacological interventions that may confound the outcomes of this study; 7.Presence of a mental/cognitive disorder that results in an inability to comprehend, consent to, or adhere to the training and assessment protocols.
