Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6-16 years old 2.Parents are willing to improve the child's height. 3. Bone age requirement: Bone age =70% of the recommended value for the same age (6-9 years old can be relaxed to 70%, 10-16 years old =80%). 6. Sleep: daily sleep time >= 8-9 hours 7. No bad habits: use of electronic products <=1.5-2 hours/day (6-9 years old <=1.5 hours, 10-16 years old <=2 hours), no smoking, drinking, staying up late (10 years old and above focus on smoking and drinking, 6-9 years old focus on staying up late).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from diseases known to seriously affect growth and development or bone metabolism, such as growth hormone deficiency, thyroid dysfunction, precocious puberty, chronic kidney disease, congenital bone disease or diabetes ; 2. Have a history of long bone fractures of the upper or lower limbs in the past 6 months, or have orthopedic diseases that affect exercise capacity ( such as severe arthritis, ligament injury ) ; 3.Long-term ( more than 1 month ) administration of drugs that may interfere with growth hormone secretion or bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, sex hormones, methylphenidate, etc. ; 4.Exercise contraindications such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency and severe arrhythmia, or other health conditions that are not suitable for participating in exercise tests ; 5.Neurodevelopmental disorders that have been diagnosed as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder may affect their understanding and cooperation to complete standardized exercise intervention.
