Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with diagnosed bilateral spastic cerebral palsy. 2.Both genders 3.Children of Age 6-16 years (Lindén et al., 2019). 4.Children who fall under Gross Motor Function Classification System Level I to III (Domagalska and Szopa, 2019). 5.Children with hip extension that is less than 10 degrees of extension beyond the neutral position (0 degrees) during walking and/or standing (Jha et al., 2021). 6.Children with minimum grade 1+ on modified Ashworth scale (MAS) (Grosse et al., 2023). 7.Children with Passive popliteal angle (A) >= 35° (Harjpal et al., 2022).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications of magnetic Field including epilepsy or uncontrolled seizures, Biomedical implants including Shunt systems or ferromagnetic implants. 2.Children with confirmed Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). 3.Children with diagnosed Intellectual Disability (IQ 15°. 6.Children having <0° dorsal flexion in the ankle joint 7.Children having <5° external rotation in the hip.
