Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with colorectal cancer must have pathological confirmation and provide informed consent signed by themselves or their legal representatives; 2.Healthy controls must have colonoscopy results showing no intestinal lesions and provide informed consent signed by themselves or their legal representatives;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with major comorbid cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, or other systemic diseases; 2.Patients with poorly controlled chronic conditions such as hypertension or diabetes; 3.Patients with other intestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis; 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders or cognitive/communication impairments;
