Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia established by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) in 2019. 2.Patients aged 60 years or older. 3.With hemodialysis duration >3 months; 4.Mentally clear and able to complete all body composition assessments. 5.Informed consent was obtained from the patient and their family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with visual or hearing impairments, physical mobility difficulties, or poor general condition who are unable to complete the survey; 2.Assessor of skeletal deformity impact (severe kyphosis, scoliosis); 3.Quadriplegia, loss of voluntary motor function; 4.Myocardial infarction occurred within the past 6 weeks; 5.Cardiovascular diseases may worsen with exercise; 6.Patients with diseases such as malignant tumors, cirrhosis, and systemic infections.
