Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old, gender not limited; 2. Current or past knee pain; 3. Those with bilateral knee joint laxity; 4. Be able to listen, speak, read and understand Chinese, be able to understand the research requirements and be willing to cooperate with the researcher in the research, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of knee joint trauma or ligament reconstruction; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, gout and other inflammatory joint diseases; 4. Patients who have been treated with contraceptive pills or sex hormones within the last month;
