Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the endocrinology department from 2026 to 2027

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other liver diseases with clear causes: viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver diseases, hereditary liver diseases, drug-induced liver injury, biliary obstruction. 2) Advanced liver diseases: Clinically or radiologically confirmed liver cirrhosis, a history of liver decompensation events (such as ascites, varicose vein rupture and bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy), a history of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), or a high suspicion of HCC during screening. 3) Combined severe systemic diseases: malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular diseases, severe respiratory system diseases, severe renal insufficiency, history of organ transplantation, uncontrolled autoimmune diseases or systemic inflammatory diseases, severe infections, hematological diseases. 4) Other exclusion factors: Pregnant or lactating women. Inability to provide informed consent, inability to cooperate with follow-up visits, or any other circumstances that the researcher deems may put the patient at inappropriate risk, interfere with the interpretation of research results, or affect the integrity of the study.
