Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2026 to December 2027, pediatric patients (aged <8 years) who received living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) at our medical center had primary diseases including biliary atresia and metabolic liver disease, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is an allergy to anesthetic drugs; 2. Renal function impairment that already requires hemodialysis before the operation; 3. There was multiple organ dysfunction before the operation; 4. Autoimmune diseases; 5. Combined liver and kidney transplantation; 6. Secondary liver transplantation; 7. There was a severe infection before the operation;
