Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer; 2.aged 18-80 years; 3.ASA class I-III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormalities in heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function;. 2.Planned block site infection, severe nerve injury in the blocked limb;. 3.Patients with congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, severe cardiac conduction block, or implanted cardiac pacemakers;. 4.Patients with severe neurological diseases such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, or stroke;. 5.Patients with pain, lesions, infections in the near-auricular region or unhealed ear trauma. 6.A history of severe mental illness or addiction to analgesic/psychotropic drugs. 7.Patients allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine, and general anesthetic agents. 8.Patients and family members who refuse surgical anesthesia or are unable to complete the questionnaire.
