Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses in the new rotation orthopedic operating room with less than or equal to 1 year of work experience; 2. Have not participated in other nursing education reform projects in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who plan to resign or take extended leave during the study; 2. Those who cannot participate in simulation training due to dizziness or physical discomfort caused by VR equipment; 3. Those with serious physical or mental health issues, such as a diagnosed anxiety disorder or hand function impairment, that affect training.
