Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I - II 2. Patients scheduled for transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion in prone position under general anesthesia 3. BMI 18.5–27.9 kg/m²; 4. 18 years old <= age <= 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in the study; 2. Patients with severe preoperative cardiopulmonary diseases: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), respiratory distress syndrome, bronchial asthma, pneumothorax/pulmonary bullae, pleural effusion, dependence on oxygen therapy or ventilatory support, history of previous pulmonary surgery, mechanical ventilation within 15 days prior to surgery, heart failure (New York Heart Association grade ? or ?).
