Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Experiment 1: Application of Asphyxia Oxygenation Technique in Elderly Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy: ASA classification I-II, age >= 65 years old, BMI 19-25 kg/m^2. 2.Experiment 2: Application of Asphyxia Oxygenation Technique in Pediatric Bronchoscopy: ASA classification I-II, age 5-12 years old, BMI 19-25 kg/m^2. 3.Experiment 3: Application of Asphyxia Oxygenation Technique in Patients Undergoing Lobectomy with Single-Lung Ventilation: ASA classification I-II, age 18-65 years old, BMI 19-25 kg/m^2. 4.Experiment 4: The application effect of asphyxia oxygenation technology in hysteroscopic surgery: ASA classification I-?, age 18-65 years old, BMI 19-25 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Experiment 1: Patients with severe respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous system diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, history of drug allergy, preoperative upper respiratory tract infection, and nasal obstruction. 2.Experiment 2: Patients with Severe respiratory system, cardiovascular system and nervous system diseases, congenital diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, history of drug allergy, preoperative upper respiratory tract infection, or nasal obstruction. 3.Experiment 3: Patients with Severe cardiovascular and nervous system diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, history of drug allergy, no upper respiratory tract infection before surgery, no nasal obstruction. 4.Experiment 4:Patients with respiratory system, cardiovascular system and nervous system diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, history of drug allergy, and no upper respiratory tract infection before the operation.
