Patients with intermediate-risk cT1-T2N1bM0 DTC, experimental group (part two):Ipsilateral lobectomy with isthmusectomy and central neck lymph node dissection
Control Group (Part Three):Total thyroidectomy
Moderate-risk cT1-T2N1bM0 DTC patients control group (Part Two):Ipsilateral lobectomy with isthmusectomy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for Part 1: 1. DTC patients with low-risk unilateral cT1-T2N0M0 and intermediate-risk cT1-T2N1bM0. Inclusion criteria for Part 2: 1. Age: 18-50 years; 2. Unilateral DTC (cT1-T2N0M0); 3. Normal thyroid function; 4. ECOG performance status 0-1. Inclusion criteria for Part 3: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Unilateral DTC; 3. cT1-T2N1bM0, no extralymphatic invasion, and maximum metastatic lymph node diameter <3 cm; 4. ECOG performance status 0-1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part One: None Part Two: 1. Previously received thyroid treatment; 2. cN1 or cM1; 3. Bilateral or multifocal; aggressive pathological type; 4. Severe comorbidities; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Part Three: 1. Extracapsular lymph node invasion or tumor diameter >= 3 cm; 2. cM1; 3. Previously received thyroid radiotherapy; 4. Severe comorbidities; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
