The chronic conditions affecting older adults in this study include, but are not limited to: hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10 to 24 years (encompassing adolescence and early adulthood, the primary age group for digital reverse-nurturing behaviour); 2. Proficient in using smartphones and common mobile healthcare services (defined in this study as patients accessing medical services and information via platforms such as WeChat and mobile applications. Primarily utilised for telemedicine, seeking medical advice and prescriptions, booking appointments, information enquiries, payment tracking, monitoring healthcare services, physical examinations, and health education); 3. Within the past year, having had actual contact with or provided care for elderly patients with chronic conditions (which in this study include but are not limited to: hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 4. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and commit to participate in the entire research process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive or communication impairment: Severe language impairment, mental illness, or cognitive deficits rendering the individual unable to complete the interview. 2. Non-resident populations (such as temporary visitors) cannot guarantee the continuity of research tracking.
