Gold Standard:The reference standard for defining difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy was based on actual intraoperative findings.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent standard laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2.Completion of preoperative two-dimensional abdominal ultrasound examination with image quality adequate for analysis; 3.Complete intraoperative records, with postoperative pathological confirmation of benign gallbladder diseases (such as cholelithiasis or cholecystitis); 4.Age = 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intraoperative diagnosis of gallbladder malignancy or concomitant complex hepatobiliary diseases; 2.Missing preoperative imaging data or ultrasound images of insufficient quality for analysis; 3.Incomplete surgical records that prevent assessment of intraoperative surgical difficulty; 4.History of previous gallbladder or upper abdominal surgery that significantly alters anatomical structures;
