Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years; 1.Protocol version number: please fill in (e.g., 1.0) Protocol version date: November 5, 2025 Page 2 of 7 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary trigeminal neuralgia; 3. Clearly diagnosed with hypertension before surgery (meeting the standards of the 'Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines': SBP >= 140 mmHg and/or DBP >= 90 mmHg on three separate non-consecutive days), or currently taking antihypertensive medication regularly; 4. Undergoing the first PBC surgical treatment; 5. Has complete preoperative baseline data and at least one follow-up record >= 1 month postoperatively;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary trigeminal neuralgia (such as caused by tumors, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 2. Secondary hypertension due to other causes (such as pheochromocytoma, primary hyperaldosteronism, etc.); 3. Complicated by severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction (NYHA class III-IV heart failure, or eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73m^2); 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Severe missing follow-up data, making assessment impossible.
