Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-75 years old 2.Pathologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma 3.BCLC stage I-IIb 4.Enrollment within 4-6 weeks after radical surgical resection or ablation 5.ECOG performance status 0-1 6.Liver function: Child-Pugh class A 7.Signed informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous systemic therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma 2.Concurrent other malignant tumors 3.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal insufficiency 4.Active autoimmune diseases 5.Pregnant or lactating women 6.Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator;
