Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the case group: 1. All diagnoses met the revised RA classification scoring criteria of ACR/EULAR (American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism) in 2010 (with a score of >=6 points); 2. Disease course >=6 months; 3. Age <=55 years old (to eliminate the influence of age on brain structure); 4. Han ethnicity, right-handed; 5. No contraindications for MRI examination; 6. No history of brain malformations, brain trauma, intracranial infection, intracranial space-occupying diseases, etc. 7. No history of major physical diseases such as severe cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, or mental disorders; 8. Informed consent from the patient or his/her guardian. Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1. The gender and dexterity were consistent with those of the paired patients; 2. The educational attainment is comparable to that of the patient paired with it; 3. The age difference between her and her paired patient should not exceed 2 years. 4. No contraindications for MRI examination; 5. No history of brain malformations, brain trauma, intracranial infection, intracranial space-occupying diseases, etc. 6. No history of major physical diseases such as severe cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, or mental disorders; 7. The routine MRI examination was negative; 8. The informed consent of the volunteer or their guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for MRI examination; 2. There is a history of brain development malformations, brain trauma, craniocerebral infection, intracranial space-occupying diseases, etc. 3. History of severe cerebrovascular diseases and mental disorders, etc. 4. Major systemic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as surgical history; 5. Women during menstruation, pregnancy or lactation; 6. Those with a history of drug, alcohol or psychotropic drug dependence or abuse; 7. Those with a history of smoking and heavy drinking; 8. The patient is unable to cooperate.
