Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20–40 years, either sex; 2.Absence of gingivitis or periodontitis; 3.DMFT (decayed, missing, filled teeth) index < 2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe systemic disease; 2.Psychiatric or intellectual disability; 3.Pregnancy or lactation; 4.Antibiotic use within the previous 3 months; 5.Acute inflammation of skin or other organs;
