65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients aged 65 years or older; 2.Gastrointestinal tumor surgery will be performed at an elective date; 3.Be conscious and capable of understanding and providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery, severe cognitive impairment. 2.The patient was admitted to the ICU before the operation. 3.Severe cognitive impairment or communication disorders, unable to cooperate with follow-up visits.
